My Therapy Focus

Welcome to my practice; I am Celeste Sinclaire, a registered psychologist in Edmonton, Alberta. It is my passion in life to counsel people and help them on their healing journeying. I work with you where you are, and I work holistically using the wisdom of the mind, emotions, body and spirit.

My greatest strength is that I work intuitively to help you understand your blockages and heal.

I believe this healing allows one to live a more meaningful life.

My life experiences have inspired me to be compassionate to other people’s struggles. Through my own journey, I have come to a place of peace. People often tell me they feel comfortable and safe enough to share their deepest pain with me. I am honoured to be a part of one’s healing journey.

EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, Grief, Expressive Art Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

Registered Psychologist

I have a Master of Arts in Counselling. I am licensed by the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Therapy Services

I work with individual adults and couples and specialize in trauma work with first responders and childhood traumas. I also specialize in grief counselling. These are my specialties, but I also work with issues such as anxiety and depression.

To help with relationship issues, I have the following training: Gottman’s level 1 and 2, Harville Hendrix’s Imago Relationship Therapy as well as Emotional Focused Therapy.

Trauma In Our Lives

We have all been through unprecedented times these last two years. The situation has caused us to go through trauma and many losses in our lives, large and small.

Coping with Loss

The loss may have been the passing of loved ones, loss of employment or friendships. Counselling can help us make sense of what we have been through.

Time To Heal

Times of struggle and loss can force us to look inward to re-evaluate what has meaning for us and break us open. It can be helpful in counselling to process all you have been through to make sense of it and to find peace.
